Facebook review management
Your Facebook Page is where a lot of local word of mouth happens. RapportIQ reads your recommendations and reviews so none of them slip past.
What RapportIQ does with Facebook
Facebook recommendations sit right next to the conversations customers are already having about you. RapportIQ connects to your Page so those recommendations get read and answered.
- Read your Facebook recommendations and reviews as they come in.
- Draft a reply in your voice for each, ready to approve.
- Surface the ones that need attention first through triage.
Approve before it posts
As with every platform, replies are prepared for you and posted only after you approve them.
