It never invents a fact about your business
No prices, no promises, no policies you did not give it.
Help
RapportIQ speaks for your business in public, so it is worth knowing exactly what it will and will not do on its own.
Four rules sit around everything RapportIQ writes, and they are enforced in code rather than asked for in a prompt.
On top of those, every reply is checked for personal information, promotional content and profanity, and is compared against your recent replies so you do not end up sounding like a template.
It reads your reviews across Google, Yelp and Facebook, checks the local searches your customers really use, works out who you are being compared with, and turns all of it into a short list of things worth doing this week.
Your Google Business Profile is the main one. Yelp and Facebook are optional. Connecting takes a few minutes, and you can disconnect at any time without losing the history RapportIQ has already built.
You get the full product for three days. RapportIQ pulls your reviews and your local search picture in the first session, so there is something real to look at rather than an empty dashboard.
RapportIQ is in invite-only beta while we onboard businesses one at a time. Join the waitlist and we will come back to you.
Only replies to reviews that clear every check, and only on platforms that allow it. Yelp always waits for you. While RapportIQ is still learning your voice, every reply waits for your approval, and you can keep it that way permanently if you prefer.
Your reviews and settings are yours. Platform credentials are encrypted, never shown in the app and never shared with another business. Yelp review text is deleted after 24 hours because their terms require it, so only the aggregates stay behind.
Yes. The searches, the competitor dimensions and the weekly actions are all derived from your own category and your own reviews, so a workshop is scored on turnaround and a clinic on wait times rather than on a fixed checklist.
The guardrails
No prices, no promises, no policies you did not give it.
Yelp replies always wait for you. That is their rule and ours.
Anything that could hurt you is drafted, then held for a human.
The first replies are yours to approve while it studies how you write.
